BT Sport also announced that it would launch BT Sport Ultra HD, the first 4K sports channel in the UK, on 2 August for the 2015 FA Community Shield. The channel would initially be exclusive to BT TV on BT Infinity , with a 4K service package and compatible YouView set-top box. [ 20 ]

Eurosport 2 HD, a high-definition version of the channel, is also available. Eurosport 2 HD Xtra is a German pay-TV channel launched in 2017. Eurosport bought Germany-only rights for Bundesliga, Supermoto and other broadcasting rights. Eurosport 2 has no German-only signal and Eurosport 1 is free-to-air, so the new channel was needed.
BT Sport Score is a weekly television programme which was broadcast between 2016 and 2023, on BT Sport, during the football season. The programme updated viewers on the progress of football games in the United Kingdom on Saturday afternoons, and aired between 2:45pm and just after 5pm.
