Alone is a British survival reality television competition show based on the original U.S. show of the same name and has aired on Channel 4 from 6 August [2] [3] to 10 September 2023. [ 4 ] It follows the self-documented daily struggles of 11 individuals as they survive alone in the wilderness for as long as possible using a limited amount of survival equipment.
