2024–25 →. The 2023–24 BBL season is the 37th season of the British Basketball League, the top British professional basketball league, since its establishment in 1987. The season features 10 teams from across England and Scotland.
It was succeeded as the top-level men's basketball competition with Super League Basketball. The BBL operated as a franchise model where each member team is located within a separate franchise area.
